Lesson script
Take 1–5–6–4 in C. Play RH in inversions that keep shared tones close. LH stays on roots or 1-5-1. Listen for smoother voice leading — like sliding shades instead of jumping crayons. Done when: the progression needs fewer big hand jumps than yesterday.
Instrument paths
- Piano: Close-position RH; steady LH.
- Strings: Long tones on 1 and 5.
- Percussion: Soft continuous shaker.
Learning modes
- Solo child: Compare leapy vs smooth takes.
- Child + parent: Parent video-compares two takes.
- Family: Audience votes which feels calmer.
